The following strategies are undertaken to achieve the HMIS objective:

Prepare, store and update network level inventory, road condition, road maps and traffic related data.

Develop, update and maintain construction and maintenance cost data bank.

Install, develop and maintain analytical model (like HDM-4) for project proposals, annual and rolling periodic maintenance programs.
