Objectives
| After the completion of this course the
trainees will independently be able to |
- Understand the techniques of dozing and ripping
- Operate a bulldozer for land clearance
- Operate a bulldozer to excavate and stockpile bulk fill and
push bulk fill over a dump edge
- Operate a bulldozer to construct a road, a drain, a batter
- Locate and identify major components/parts of bulldozer, understand
and find the possible faults
- Know and perform the daily and weekly maintenance requirements
- Perform the inspection requirement for pre-start inspection
and Record keeping
- Know the safety requirements and perform safety drive and safe
& efficient operation and understand the gauges and warning
lights.
