Objectives
| After the acompletion of the course the
trainees will independently be able to : |
- Understand the Hydraulic Principles used in
most of the heavy equipment
- Identify and state terminology and function
of different components and parts of hydraulic systems
- Understand the properties and requirements
of hydraulic oils
- Diagnose faults in hydraulic systems and rectify
wherever necessary, like in hydraulic pumps, valves, accumulators,
actuators and other components
- Dismantle, and if necessary, reassemble different
components and parts of any hydraulic system
- Perform measurement by different measuring
instruments and know the acceptable tolerances and carry out proper
rectification
- Observe adequate safety requirements while
working with hydraulic systems
