4. Downloading documents

The common user can browse the documents those have been uploaded.
The following type of documents can be browsed:
 

To Download the Document:
To browse the documents:
Click on  to open the document in PDF format


Click on "Save" to download and save the PDF document in your space.

Click on "Cancel" to cancel the download.

Click on  to open the document in Word format.

Click on "Save" to download and save the Word document in your space.

Click on "Cancel" to cancel the download.

Note: The common users do not have privilege to delete any documents.
