1. Can a Common User upload and download the documents?
A common user can download the document that has been uploaded by the admin. Only Administrator is allowed to upload the document.
2. Can I search both PDF and Word Documents whichever needed?
Yes, the user can search both the documents
3. How do I search the document?
Just type the Keyword of the document in the Search Field and click "Go".
4. Can I download both PDF and Word Documents?
Yes, both types of format are downloadable but one at a time.
5. How can I search English and Nepali Documents?
Select the language from drop down menu. The respective language will be listed. View or Download the document.
6. How can I get further help if needed?
