The bid notice no. 02-RDHKR/2083/84 published by this Division through the PPMO e-GP System on 2083/04/31 has been cancelled due to technical issues encountered in the PPMO’s e-GP system and the latest amendment in the standard bidding documents. This notice is hereby published for the information to all concerned incorporating the necessary details as set forth below.

3. Bid validity period and bid security validity period for all above contracts shall be 90 days and 120 days respectively.
4. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
5. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Road Division Harkapur, Okhaldhunga (droharkapur@gmail.com)
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents (hard copy) may be purchased from Road Division Harkapur, Okhaldhunga by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified above till 2083/06/14 during office hours in the account as specified above. Eligible Bidders may also download the Bidding Documents from the website of Road Division Harkapur www.dor.gov.np/harkapur
7. Sealed bids (hard copy) must be submitted to Road Division Harkapur, Okhaldhunga on or before 12:00 Hrs. on 2083/06/15. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 Hrs. on 2083/06/15 at the office of Road Division Harkapur, Okhaldhunga.
9. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
10. Road Division, Harkapur reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or in full, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
